Privacy policy
This website is run by a MahaRERA-registered channel partner for Cosmos Serenity, Virar West. It is not the developer's official website. This page explains what we do with the details you share with us.
What we collect
When you fill in a form, we collect your name, mobile number, email address and the home size you are looking for, and, when you book a site visit, your chosen visit date. We also record which page and advertisement brought you to the site.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request: to share the price sheet, floor plans, brochure or videos, to arrange site visits, and to tell you about this project and similar projects. We may contact you by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
Who we share it with
We may share your details with the developer's sales team so they can arrange your site visit and booking. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as they are needed to help you with your home search, and delete them when you ask us to.
Your choices
You can ask us to stop contacting you, or to correct or delete your details, at any time. Reply to any message from us, or use the enquiry form on the home page and mention your request.
